How much do you actually want it?

The thing is, so many people talk about how much they want to change. They talk about what they intend to do, how they intend to do it, they even fool ourselves (as we did) into believing that they are actually doing something about it.  You see, we say we want to make change, but when it comes to it really we don’t, we don’t want to have to sacrifice short term in order to reach that long term goal. 

Its ok to NOT be perfect.

Know that its ok not to be perfect, you by your very nature are perfect in all your imperfections.

To my former self…

You asked for help, you spoke to someone, you trained your mind to think positive, to be strong, to not believe everything it tells you is true and not only that, now you want to take that life changing experience and help other people get through what you did.

The importance of being present

Take that time for you, be with nature, be with the people you love, take that time to just breath and take back that control.

The other side of anxiety

I want people to know that there is hope, that you can get to the other side of anxiety and that you are absolutely not alone.
